Abstract

결론
전북대 병원 소아치과에 내원한 13, 15세 자매의 oligodontia 환자에서 다음과 같은 결론
을 얻었다.
1. 본 증례의 자매는 특이할 만한 전신적인 소견은 없었으므로 어머니의 단일 유전 형태
로 사료되나 언니의 상악 좌측 견치의 치아형태는 ectodermal dysplasia의 한 형태로 볼 수
있다.
2. 영구치의 다발성 치아 결손이 양측성, 양악성으로 나타났다.

3. 처치로써 저작 기능 회복을 위해 상하악 가철성 보격 장치를 장착해 주었고 완전히 성
장이 끝난뒤에 심미적, 기능적 회복 위해 계속가공의치 및 부분의치가 요구된다.

The term 'Oligodontia' or 'Hypodontia', 'Partial anodontia' have been uged to
describe variable degrees of reduction in number of teeth. O1igodontia may occur alone
or as a result of some syndrome.
13, 15 years old female sister were referee to the department of pedodontics, college
of dentistry Chonbuk National University for eveluation and replacement of absent teeth.
They had no special infectious desease in their childhood. In family hystory, their
mother also showed missing teeth. They had no special syndrome of ectodermal disorder
except cone shape canine, notched upper central incisor. In panoramic view, multiful
missing teeth were showed.
